What is a winding tuner? Is that what you meant by locking tuner? Or when you say winding tuner are you meaning old school tuners? And when you say don't do it are you like "stay away from locking tuners" or do you mean "stay away from old school normal tuners." By tuner I am referring to tuning pegs.
I'm stretching the strings a bit more now and it seems to not drift quite so bad. I was also kind of overplaying a bit with a very heavy handed attack also so that probably wasn't helping. It's funny that I've fucked around with this instrument for a couple years now but have never consistently practiced or given a shit about staying in tune.
The songs I've heard I am digging. If that preorder is still available tomorrow I guess I'll fucking do it if I haven't missed out.

I just found out about this Tilburg and Antwerp show, I'm so bummed I missed these shows.
Well, I'll see you guys on Pukkelpop later in August.
The crowd will be much younger and (hopefully) more active there (saw a tubevid of the Trix show,the audience was a bit tame/lame).
For your next time in Flanders you should play CC in Mechelen,
it's a renovated old church serving as cultural event centre,really great acoustics there.
Therapy? did a show there in '09 and it was amazing.
